Finally, I've managed to get round to finishing this chapter, sorry it took so long. ^^;; But I hope the lovely coloured pages in the beginning will appease you. :)

But first I would like to pimp a poll that one of the avid 7 Seeds' fans has made. P.S. I didn't realise there was a SFX on the last double spread until my very last check! I've read this chapter several times, plus translated it, so I actually blanched when I realised there was a hidden SFX on it!! A cookie to anyone who can spot it and figure out what the Japanese characters are! XD Even I had trouble figuring it out. X3

Oh, nononooooo... what a cruel cliffhanger again! Really, Tamura-sama is the Queen of Cliffhangers. :wacko: SO CAN'T WAIT for the next chap already - although the latest one has been uploaded just now!!!

It was really touching how Hana and Fujiko/Chisa at the same time realized they don't want to be separated anymore. :) And then, some girl talk in the middle of the big crisis... seriously, Chisa had me scared: :o "Allow me the pleasure of cutting it off (when we meet him)." I don't want to be Ango once Fujiko and Chisa get their hands on him... :sneaky:

My, my... "even if Hana-san comes back, won't you continue journeying with me?" Didn't this sound just like a love confession from Ayu? (well, as much as she can express her feelings, that is)

And "I would love to meet your boyfriend" right in the middle of being hunted by crocodiles... well, considering Hana's personality, of course Fujiko would think that he must be at least be as badass as her, or even tougher. Oh, no - the way Fubuki and Mitsuru licked Aramaki before running off really seemed like a goodbye to me. It was really cool how they saved the group from the crocodiles. Did they cover Hana when the lightning hit? And then, Derek and the others also were infected by the mushrooms and might even die too.. NOOOOOOO!!!!!! Poor Aramaki! :sorry: :sorry:

And to top it off, the thunderstorm starting a fire, and a lightning striking the big tree just when Aramaki and Hana were about to reunite... :mad:

Damn, I SO hope, that they all will make it through safely and unharmed!!!

Whew... now I gotta lean back and breathe in and out deeply. This chapter was so full of tension, incredibly exciting! :o

Yeah I felt a pang of sadness for Ayu when she said that, because it looked as if Aramaki would be happy to return and not continue on his journey with Ayu. :((( I'm really not a Hana x Aramaki fan so I hope he chooses Ayu over Hana because Ayu needs him more! :3

Right, I'm pretty sure Fujiko will be pleasantly surprised to find out what Arashi is like! But I bet she'll see straight away that they suit each other really well. ^^

Heh, well you know Tamura-sensei, things NEVER go the way they should, something always goes wrong. :(((

Wow! This arc is so tense ^^

I love how the girls have this little chat in the middle of
running away from crocodiles and ominous mushrooms ^^
And Chisa & Fujico are just awesome. :) They did a whole
psychological profile of Hana in just a few minutes talk ^^

Can't wait for the moment when they meet Ango. It's gonna be
both dramatic and hilarious, I bet.
And their reaction to Arashi would probably be just as funny, considering the difference between him and Hana.

I am not sure what direction they are going to, but I do have this
feeling that Tamura Yumi might get all the teams to accidentally meet each other at some point in the same place. Don't know why, but I get this feeling ^^ It will be interesting if it turns out to be right ^^

Haha same! I loved that part too. ^_^ It's true that talking about things irrelevant to the situation actually helps to take your mind off things when you're in a scary or stressful situation. :3 Right! I love really love Fujiko and Chisa! They really drag out all the truths from Hana! <33

Oh man, I'm really keen on seeing how Fujiko and Chisa react to Ango and Arashi when they meet them! And also how Hana will react to Ango when she meets him again, I hope she gets in at least one punch to teach him a lesson, and then forgives him if he admits his mistakes and apologises. :3

I also feel that all the teams will meet at once at some point, though that will probably be close to the end of the series! I almost feel as if this manga is coming to and end soon though. :O

I don't want 7 Seeds to end yet, but on the other hand I am really curious to see what direction the end will take. So far most of the things we have seen are the teams struggling to survive in any possible way. I do hope that Tamura is planning
to give them a bit of support from outside (maybe a shelter that managed to do it's job properly) or if not that at least to see a group of then gathering together and establishing a stable environment somewhere... Cause so far everything just seems too dark and difficult for any chance for building some kind of society to support eventual future generations.

I don't really envision a sad ending. Maybe one that's just as complicated as the situations now, but hopeful.

Anyways, when you mentioned SFX in this post - I have been admiring Tsukihana Scans' work on them for quite the long time ^^ I have no idea how the original Japanese ones looked like, but the English edited ore fantastic ^^ Really a great work! Salut to everyone who worked on them! ^^

Just from curiosity, do you use fonts specifically made for sounds effects for comics or you make a selection of whichever one you think looks closer to the original??

The first thing I have to mention is "OMG, the pretty!!!!" These full colour pages are gorgeous! Second, thanks for the link to that poll. I think it's awesome that fans are trying to get 7 Seeds published in English as well. I would so buy every copy, lol XD

Here's hoping someone's between her and Ango if Chisa ever meets him XD I really loved how Hana finally opened up and talked about what happened.

Yeah!! Courtesy of our wonderful scanner who's absolutely amazing at doing great scans! ^_^ I also had fun typesetting them and getting the English SFX and extras looking exactly the same as the Japanese text. :3

No worries! I hope they succeed in getting 7 Seeds published!!! I'm sure there are heaps of people out there who'd be happy to support Tamura-sensei and buy them. ^_^

Haha Chisa seems to be badass quite often lately~! I love that Tamura-sensei is fleshing out her personality so much more now. ^_^ And right, when Chisa opens those eyes you better watch out! X3

Argh I know! The thought is just terrible!!! :(( And yeah, this chapter is actually so tense towards the end! Everything just happening at once. DDD:

Um, I'm not really sure. To be honest I've just been busy and lazy so I haven't been on top of everything like I usually am. I think the holidays are bad for me. XD Also eventually the scans will have to be monthly so slowing down a bit while reaching that point isn't such a bad idea. I don't think our scanner is able to get the magazine scans that quickly either, since it's quite expensive for her to ship all the way from Japan with fast postage. ^^;;

Ugh, the mushrooms growing in the animals is so creepy to me. DDD: And sad! ;_; The scene where Mitsuru-san and Fubuki lick Aramaki-san goodbye because they sense there's something wrong and they won't make it out alive...

Yeah it's super creepy! D: Especially the thought of the mushroom mycelium right throughout the poor animals. :(( That scene is actually heart-breaking...argh, so many tears to come for the rest of this volume!! DDD:

This is so not cool. I didn't care for the mushrooms at first, but they turned extra nasty & fast.

I've only read the ch once & I read the dialogue, but ignored it pretty much because this situation got me worried.
